The Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday 14th October at the Kingfisher, Kingsmead
The start time will be 7.15 PM.

3. Matters arising.
4. Review of constitution.
5. Officers reports:
(a) Chairman’s report.
(b) Treasurer’s report.
(c) Secretary’s report.
6. Election of 2024/5 committee
7. Fee Structure for membership year 2025/26
8. Any Other Business

Any proposed changes to the Constitution by a member must be received by the Club Secretary at least 21 days prior to the AGM in order that all members shall have sufficient notice of the proposal.
Any other items for the AGM Agenda must be received by the Club Secretary at least 21 days prior to the AGM
All members are welcome to attend and/or stand for election
