The Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday 20th October at The Kingfisher, Kingsmead.
The start time will be 7.15 PM.
The agenda will include:
Apologies for absence.
Approval of the minutes of the last AGM
Matters arising. Review of constitution.
Officers reports:
(a) Chairman’s report.
(b) Treasurers report.
(c) Secretaries report.
Election of 2025/6 committee
Fee Structure for membership year 2026/27

Any proposed changes to the Constitution by a member must be received by the Honorary Secretary at least 21 days prior to the AGM in order that all members shall have sufficient notice of the proposal.
Any other items for the AGM Agenda must be received by the Honorary Secretary at least 21 days prior to the AGM
All members are welcome to attend and/or stand for election and it is expected that we will have availability for least 2 new members to join the committee.
