Vale Royal Activities from juniors to veteran athletes
Our junior section provides a comfortable and encouraging growth environment for young athletes. We have training groups divided by age (under 10, 12, 14 and 16).
NOTE: We do have a waiting list for U10 and this waiting list can only accept those who have reached the age of 8. We have immediate availability in our other training groups. Please contact us for details.
Vale Royal AC has a strong senior section and caters for all abilities. Athletes can train in track sessions and also in group runs.
Boost your running performance with expert coaching and training with an experienced club. The training sessions focus on speed, endurance, and technique, but most of all on enjoying the experience.
Excel in athletic competitions as an affiliated member of Vale Royal AC. We enter multiple events throughout the year as a club and encourage athletes to run in local and national races.
Vale Royal Athletic Track
Our facility has a secure fenced-in 400m running track, with access for designated training sessions.
Additionally, we have a refurbished pit for long jump and triple jump training.
There are trackside toilets, cabins for changing and storing kit, and full track floodlights for training in the winter months.

What are you waiting for?
Please get in touch and enjoy some taster sessions with us. Most of our groups train on a cinder track at Knights Grange sports complex; perfect for training and for building stamina. All sessions are carefully planned and supervised by our qualified coaches. The sessions are flexible enough that they are suitable for those increasing fitness and also for seasoned athletes.
